I had a great experience. The company honored the warranty and are committed to customer satisfaction. The product was fixed and returned within seven days. I loved receiving the e-mails telling me the status of the repair. The whole process was worry free. Also the free shipping was a plus!!!!!

Only that it was the best $79.99 I’ve spent in a very longgggg time. It was actually more cost effective for NEW to replace my unit–We are ecstatic with our new state of the art 46′ Samsung LED.

To me customer service is most important! Everybody was very nice and explained everything! I accidentally forgot to send paperwork with my camera but because of excellent work done by first agent, it was no problem. They had my camera fixed and shipped back to me very quickly! I very much appreciate the excellent customer service which is a rare find these days! Thank you!

The amount of time it takes to get someone out to repair my item under the service plan is completely unacceptable. Have them repair it right so that it would look almost brand new. Or at least make it look like the original screen. And always look at the menu button to make sure you put it back on straight and even. You need to be able to have a service guy out within two days.

This is the second laptop for which I purchased the plan and the second series of service issues that have resulted in unsatisfactory experiences. In both instances, I had numerous issues and I feel jilted for the amount of money spent. Have the person on the other end of the phone practice active listening skills, be helpful, provide detailed information, take time, explain the process details more thoroughly, and engage in service.

I would like to say keep up the good customer service. I was very impressed, and shared my experience with family and friends. My product was repaired in a timely manner, I was sent emails keeping me informed about the progress. Very satified with the srevice I received.

The length of time to repair product is good, however the time span to receive container(3-5)days is to long, and the return of product (3-5)days as well needs to be reduced.

I’m just glad that we had a warranty on the product so we could get this fixed. Happy for that and I did purchase another one when I got another one for my other son. When you repair a product then ensure that we have a completed process before sending back for use. We thought we had a repaired product but it didn’t stay fixed, it did break again and was easy to find the emails that were from the last fix.
